Yardimo features
This page explains the eight features of the Yardimo live chat platform in detail. Where the assistant gets its knowledge, when it hands a chat to you, and what you can change from the dashboard.
AI and knowledge base
Everything the assistant says comes from knowledge you provide. You feed that knowledge base in three ways.
-
It crawls and learns your site
Enter your domain and Yardimo walks through your pages, reads the text and builds its own knowledge base. Product descriptions, shipping terms, service pages and your FAQ are all processed in the first crawl. When something changes on your site, you refresh the crawl with one click.
-
You teach knowledge and rules
Anything that is not written on your site can be added from the dashboard. Write question and answer pairs, or give instructions that set the assistant's tone and limits. For example, you can tell it never to promise a discount, or to send every refund request straight to you.
-
You upload files
Upload your price list, user manual, technical document or company brochure. Yardimo extracts the text, splits it into meaningful pieces and uses it as a source in answers. You can remove an uploaded file from the knowledge base at any time.
Chat and team
What happens on the visitor side: which language is used, when the chat reaches you, and what happens outside business hours.
-
It replies in the visitor's language
A question asked in Turkish gets a Turkish answer, a question asked in English gets an English one. Even when your knowledge base is in a single language, the reply is written in the visitor's language, so you do not lose people from abroad.
-
It hands over to an agent
When a question has no match in the knowledge base, or the visitor simply asks for a human, the chat moves into the agent queue. You get a notification in the dashboard, and when you take over the visitor does not have to explain everything again.
-
You set the business hours
Define your working hours and days off. Outside those hours the assistant keeps answering; when a case really needs a human it collects contact details from the visitor and flags the conversation for the morning.
Management and insight
The look of the widget and the data coming out of conversations stay entirely under your control.
-
You match the widget to your brand
Colour, position, corner radius, greeting message, assistant name and avatar are all set from the dashboard. The widget runs inside a Shadow DOM, so it never clashes with your site's CSS and never takes over the whole screen on mobile.
-
Conversation history and reports
Every chat is stored. You can see the most asked topics, the questions the assistant could not answer, how many conversations reached an agent, and your monthly message usage. Unanswered questions show you exactly where your knowledge base has a gap.
